The caster life tester is used to test the quality of the casters. The tester and the casters have different fixed rods, which can test casters of different sizes and fixed heads; the chassis is rotated by the motor with obstacle bars and the top is the load-carrying component.
Test standard: The weight of a single caster is 125kg, the stroke is more than 12km, and the obstacle strip is collided with the caster for more than 10,000 times. After the test, the caster surface has no open marks, delamination, deformation, etc., and the rod is not bent.
